Lelley Boating Lake is the Owstwecian name for a field in Lelley. For as long as anyone can remember, there has been an old boat at the back of this field, and this can be seen on the pictures above. A boating lake needs water, and for about 6 months of the year, depending on climate on conditions, the field is almost always flooded or at least smunby.
