This is an example Owstwick-Yard Breeze Block Dance, a variation on the Hilston Beach Dance, as performed by Ray Fenwick circa 1991. The origins are from a scene in an Asian film where a group of characters were dancing around holding a type of earthenware pot above their heads and chanting a mantra.
